adam williams, chief executive
Adam has a consuming passion for creating and building businesses. He has been a partner or founding member of startups ranging from the publishing industry to construction. Adam has a passion for building lifelong relationships with clients and seeing them succeed in all aspects of their lives. Outside of his professional life, Adam passionately devotes his time as a board member for SafePassage, an organization that provides a safe haven for physically and sexually abused children. Faith, purpose, and family are the core foundations of his life. Adam’s wife and son are his pride and joy. This summer Adam will be celebrating his fifteenth year as a brain tumor survivor.
tucker wannamaker, co-founder & chief marketer
Tucker makes connections where there is disconnect. Connecting people to stories that inspire them. Connecting communities to a common cause. Connecting purpose-driven companies by helping them put their marketing pieces together, so they can connect with their tribe. Tucker was a catalyst and leader for the Wild Fire Tees fundraising campaign that sold over $500,000 worth of tees shirts in 3 months for wildfire relief efforts. He is a lover of the outdoors and riding his vespa. He lives in downtown Colorado Springs, is snobby about it, and most importantly, loves hangin’ with his wife and four young children.
jesse marble, chief of operations
Jesse likes bold ideas and enjoys bringing them to life. His background includes technology, marketing, and startups. The vein that runs throughout each is the power of the idea—and the ability to effectively simplify and communicate that powerful idea across markets and mediums. Jesse applies a disciplined and integrated approach to building marketing organizations and programs for clients of all sizes. When he’s not developing strategy, Jesse enjoys spending time with his family and friends in the beautiful Colorado outdoors. Jesse loves to hike, camp, climb, snowboard, and play hockey. Jesse’s faith is central to his being and he cherishes the values that Magneti represents. Jesse lives in Colorado with his wife and young daughter.
marcus haggard, co-founder & chief strategist
Marcus is driven by developing creative, interesting ways to achieve serious results. He has always had an appreciation for the integrated nature of things, a perspective he brings to the marketing profession. With experience in the rapid-paced, results-or-die startup space, Marcus has successfully managed marketing organizations in non-profits, international development organizations, political campaigns, tech startups, and community groups. He has a passion for developing integrated, exciting marketing plans tied to fundamental business results. Marcus is an avid outdoorsman and world traveler, and resides in Boston with his wife and two daughters.
jon hoppin, chief of global development
Jon is passionate about helping people find life and purpose with God through adventure, developing young leaders, and developing sustainable businesses within third-world countries. Jon has been doing web design for more than ten years; he loves connecting with people and promoting his passions through social media. He also loves the outdoors, theology, travel, and technology. In addition to his work with Magneti, Jon is the director of the Wilderness Ministry Institute. He lives in Colorado with his wife and his kids.
